Upstream installations: How to limit the PSV Flow in Booster Compression Stations

When, in an existing Up-Stream Gas Treatment Plant, a new booster compression station must be installed, there is the possibility that the existing flare system of the Plant is not designed for the flow to be exhausted by the PSV of the new booster compressors. The presentation shows the arrangements and means to be implemented in the booster compressors installation in order to avoid the overloading of the existing flare
