Since early beginnings in Melbourne, Australia, career saw him progress working on many multidisciplinary projects from Piping Engineer, Sr. Piping to Principal and Lead Piping Engineer.
Always expressing high professionalism, strong team play and leadership skill he acted as a Lead Piping Stress Analysis Engineer on Oil and Gas, Green and Brown Field, Onshore and Offshore as well as Petrochemical and Power projects, ranging in size from small specialist application to multibillion-dollar projects.
His key expertise is in Piping Design and Pipe stress Analysis but due to wealth of experience in piping engineering often also successfully fulfilling Technical Authority as well as Consulting, Project Piping and Site Lead Engineering roles.
Recognized as an expert in piping design and stress analysis, within CAESAR II software and finite element analysis(FEA) environment, he acted as Principal Engineer Stress Analysis for ALSTOM (Switzerland) Ltd., in a main stress analysis engineering consultancy role, on all development projects for GT26, GT24 and GT13 turbines piping systems.
On multibillion-dollar projects, such as EGINA FPSO for Worleyparsons in Nigeria and South Korea (SHI, Geoje), as a Lead Piping Stress Engineer he was the focal point and responsible for all pipe stress analysis.
Misa thrives in Multicultural and Multiethnic environments which combined with his innovative approaches to solving complex technical and organizational issues always assures deliveries were met even in the hardest of circumstances.
He was the mastermind behind development of PDMS-CADWorx-CAESAR II Transfer Tool, the first efficient method of transferring data from PDMS to CAESAR II and also, the award winning patent for innovative In-line Pressure Balanced Expansion Joint design.
In addition he was the developer of company codes and standards, focusing always on improving the productivity and efficiency in design and author of numerous professional papers presented at international conferences.
