Description

The course covers piping design and documentation over 12 weeks. Students prepare line lists, P&IDs, PFDs, insulation tables, wall thickness calculations, and PMS development. They work on equipment arrangement, mechanical data sheets, main piping routes, pipe racks, piping arrangement plans, and supporting standards. The course includes detailed studies of piping classes, design criteria, and insulation tables, concluding with piping isometrics and material take-off (MTO).
